Humble helps you
stay organised remember what matters see what you've achieved build better habits get things done

Life is full of things to remember, deadlines to meet and tasks to finish. Humble brings it all together so nothing slips through the cracks.

Your thoughts stay yours. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or train AI on it.

Three ways Humble works for you

Not another app to check. Humble organises what you already have and helps you act on it.

Organise your tasks

Everything you need to do across work and life, brought together in one place. See the full picture and decide what to focus on next.

Reflect and grow

Like a year in review, but for your whole life. See what you've achieved, spot patterns in how you work and build habits that stick.

Stay on time

Time blindness is real. Humble helps you understand where your time goes, what's coming up and how long things actually take.

Same day, different experience

No judgement. Just an honest look at how Humble changes the way your day feels.

How you spent your time

Pattern spotted: You tend to overcommit on Mondays. Last week you planned 12 tasks but completed seven. Try starting with five and adding more as you go.

See what you've achieved

Never feel guilty again.

Most productivity tools show you what's left. Humble shows you what you've achieved. Understand your patterns, your energy and build habits that work with your brain, not against it.

Weekly reflections. Monthly summaries. An annual review. Finally, proof that you're doing more than you think.

Designed for brains that work differently

Humble is built with neurodivergent users in mind. Every feature is designed to reduce cognitive load, not add to it.

One thing at a time

No wall of options. Just the next thing that matters.

Less cognitive load

We do the organising so your brain doesn't have to.

Gentle, not guilty

Reminders that help, never shame.

Celebrate, don't punish

We show what you did, not what you missed.

Energy-aware

Works around how you feel, not a rigid schedule.

Catch every thought

Voice notes, half-ideas, 2am reminders. All in one place.

Yours alone

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Full stop.

How it works

Built around how you actually work

Humble doesn't ask you to change. It learns how you work and helps you do more of what's already working.

Everything you need to do, organised in one place

Work tasks. Personal to-dos. That thing you keep meaning to sort out. Humble brings it all together and helps you decide what matters right now.

Capture anywhere

Add tasks from your browser, phone or just tell Humble what you need to do. No switching between apps to remember things.

Smart organisation

Humble groups your tasks by project, deadline and energy level. You see what's urgent, what can wait and what needs your best focus.

Break it down

Big tasks are paralysing. Humble helps you break them into steps small enough to actually start — because starting is the hardest part.

Understand where your time goes

Time blindness isn't a character flaw. It's how some brains work. Humble makes time visible so you can work with it.

Realistic planning

Humble learns how long things actually take you — not how long you think they'll take. Your plans get more realistic over time.

Gentle transitions

A nudge before your next thing starts. Buffer time between tasks so you're not always running from one thing to the next.

Calendar awareness

See your commitments, tasks and free time in one view. Humble shows you what's actually possible today, not what you wish was possible.

A year in review, for your life

Most tools focus on what's left to do. Humble shows you what you've done — so you can see your progress, learn from your patterns and build on what works.

  1. Daily check-in

What did you do? How did it feel? Less than two minutes.

  2. Weekly review

Tasks done, time patterns, energy trends. What went well.

  3. Monthly insights

Deeper patterns. Which habits stuck. Where you overcommit.

  4. Annual review

Your year in review. Proof you did more than your brain tells you.

Become the best version of yourself.

Humble helps you organise the things you have to do, so you have more time to do the things you want to do.

About Humble

Built by people who get it

Humble isn't built by people guessing what neurodivergent users need. It's built by someone who lives it — every day.

Technology should adapt to how you think

Most productivity tools are designed for brains that can sit still, focus on command and remember everything. That's not how all brains work.

Humble exists because the people who need help staying organised are the same people most poorly served by the tools available. We're building something different — a tool that works with your brain, not against it.

Neuro-inclusive by design. Accessible by mission.

Mahdi Shariff

Mahdi has ADHD. He's also a Forbes 30 Under 30 founder, Visiting Professor and someone who has spent years building tools that help people work better with technology.

Humble started because he couldn't find a single tool that worked the way his brain actually works. Every app assumed you'd remember to check it, keep it updated and follow a system. None of that worked.

So he built one that does.

Principles that guide everything we build

Your tool, not your boss

Humble serves you. It doesn't judge, nag or shame. It helps you see what's happening and gives you the power to decide what to do about it.

Show the wins

Every feature we build starts with: does this help the user feel capable? If it doesn't, we rethink it. Progress matters more than perfection.

Designed with, not for

Our product decisions come from real research with neurodivergent users. We don't guess what helps — we ask, observe and build alongside the people who'll use it.

Honest about what AI can do

We use AI where it genuinely reduces your cognitive load. We don't use it to seem clever. If something works better without AI, we build it without AI.

Your brain, your data

Capturing your thoughts shouldn't mean giving them away. We built Humble so you can be messy and honest without worrying where it ends up. Your data isn't for sale, isn't shared with advertisers, and isn't used to train anyone's AI.

A small team building something meaningful

We're about 14 people based in London, with a team that spans engineering, product, design and community research. We're growing carefully — every person we bring in needs to genuinely care about the problem we're solving.
